The cigar was awesome. Price was great. Unfortunately I cannot say anything positive regarding the customer service. My rating is only for the cigar not the way I was treated when I called to purchase another box. There’s many other cigar companies to choose from , my next purchase will be with another one who values there customers .

I didn't care for these at all. Inconsistent roll, too tight. Limited draw & smoke. Has to cut head & foot to get a half way decent draw then end up with a 3" cigar. Taste was n't pleasant either. I'll never purchase again.

Ordinarily, Perfecto cigars, especially large 6x60 perfecto cigars are usually rather pricey. But, these well made, CAO hand rolled attractive perfecto cigars are relaxing good quality medium smokes and amazingly inexpensive. Because I stored my CAO Perfecto Connecticut Wrapper cigars in a well maintained humidor, not one of these stogies cracked and/or split open, which is usually indicative of Connecticut wrapped cigars.

I had forgotten how mild the Connecticut wrappers are. My preference is a little more flavor. The manufacture of the cigars is superb. Next time I will buy the same perfecto but with a stronger wrapper flavor.

Used these perfectos as a smoke by the fire and in the car. The cigars provide a smooth mellow smoke. I was disappointed by the uneven wrapper burn and soft spots in some of the sticks. Overall they have a nice flavor and an easy draw. But probably not worth the advertised retail price.

Everytime I cut one of these, it started to unravel. I also had 2 that had cracks in the middle making smoking very difficult. Wouldn't recommend for this price. I thought CAO was a better brand than this. I expected more. These seem like seconds at best.

Awful construction, stems inside, lumpy wrapper, etc. I thought they would be good cigars but I ended up very disappointed in CAO. The flavors are okay but the construction on the two boxes I got were horrible. One cigar really had 4 big stems inside.

Ok, skip the smoke review. It's great. The cigar itself is a beauty to behold. So awesome, I immediately gave it to very special friends to enjoy. Judging from their eyes, they were very happy to have been gifted.

I plan on returning them. The wrapper started coming off on the first one. Had a tight draw, so bad I cut an inch off the smoking end of it just to pull some smoke. And they didn't taste very good either.

These were delivered on the dry side. One tasted awful. Left in my humidor for a week & they are performing better. Smooth cigar. 4 came with cracks in the wrapper. Good deal just pray for quality control

Got 2 boxes both had some really ugly sticks fit for Frankenstein. The one had 4 stems in it, not enjoyable.. after than its been hard to enjoy any. I'll probably give them away. Maybe i just got bad boxes
