These are not the best cigars you'll ever smoke, but, not the worst either. The end cap tends to come off very easily. About a third to half of them have to be opened up or the draw is VERY hard. I keep a metal coat hanger in my cigar case just for this. Some of the wrappers have holes in the leaf causing a difficult draw as well. The flavor is good 'though, so I continue to order them.

The taste is pretty good. The price is outstanding. I would recommend a punch cutter to open;the cap will tend to come off otherwise and, because these are a mixed filler, the end gets pretty loose.

The flavor isn't bad. One concern was the fact that several cigars had to be "opened up" because they had a VERY hard draw. Another was, after snipping the end, the cap fell off. Because these are a mixed filler, the small bits of tobacco would get loose & the end would disintegrate while smoking.

Cosecheros are great everyday smokes for the money. The caps could use a bit more attention and every so often they like to burn on one side which requires a bit of fixing.

As good a value as the Cosechero Toro's with the Connecticut wrapper were, the ones with the maduro wrapper were horrid. I am usually partial to maduro's but these cigar were bad. Out of a box of 50, I threw them out after trying about 12. Many stems and an odd paint thinner smell AND taste. Then plumes of noxious smoke would come drifting out. Very bad. A very poor cigar experience and the first one I've had with Thompson but I won't be buying any more Cosechero's. Of any kind.

I enjoy them and so do my friends. Like before I wish they were rolled tighter, so the filler doesn't come out the mouth end.

Ok flavor but a very firm draw. they came as part of a sampler pack. Not worth the money on their own.
