Very bad. You sent the cigars to an old address instead of the address I posted on the order. I had to drive across town to get them. Total incompetence ! Also I stopped ordering from you many years ago because I asked the phone calls asking me to buy more cigars stop but they continue. It seems you've changed your marketing plan now. I received 2 emails a day with promotions after placing my order. After almost 10 years I thought I'd give you another chance. That was a mistake.
