For my pedestrian palette, I liked them alot. Id love to describe them but again, not that good at it. IF you want a nice medium smoke that burns right, buy. God Bless

The Gilberto Oliva's are just ok, however the Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 received in the same package was better, as were the Ava Maria's.

This was a very enjoyable smoke! The flavor builds to a medium strength that holds all the way down. The cigar itself is well made without to tight of a roll and gives an even burn and ash all the way down.

This Toro is an outstanding stick. I'm not a super high octane kind of guy even though I've been a cigar lover for over two decades. My go-to smokes are Fuente 858 or Hemingway, also the Upman and Excalibur Cameroons. Most Sumatra wrappers are pretty decent to my pallet as well, but this Gilberto is a perfect complement to the above mentioned competition. Oliva is a quality outfit for sure, but most of the letters of their alphabet will lay me on the floor because of the high nicotine kick and super bold flavors. The Reserva is a beautiful addition to their line. The Sumatra wrapper is very aromatic and, even though this cigar is not overly bold, it still sports a delicious and adequately complex flavor profile. Yes, it still packs enough of a punch, but it's one I can enjoy and not woof my cookies. The Churchill stick is just as good as the Toro but it will consume 90+ minutes of your time, so don't waste it.
