I came across a Thompson Cigar catalog for the first time in 2014 in the lobby of a building I once resided. I vowed then as an emerging cigar aficionado that one day I would order from them. My recent first-time purchase from TC was great! My cigars and my classy cigar cutter are great! And the gentleman I complained to in customer service over the phone regarding my dissatisfaction in the way that either UPS or USPS handled my merchandise responded in a professional and friendly manner.
