Only had a fraction of the crystals in it that it should have had, so it would only absorb a tiny bit of the water added to it to activate it. I wanted an exchange or to be sent another one and was given a coupon code to allow me to repurchase it, the code didn't work any better than the humidifier. Still working on getting a replacement.

Loved that it is magnetized for easy use. Keeps its moister content for long periods. I did not have to check it daily.

Added humidity to humidor probably needed two. Last one's lasted about 6 months. At half price an ok pitvhase.

I love the concept of this humidification bar. It is the only bar that has really ever worked for me. It is consistent lying flat ivy humidor and maintains a perfect 65%-70% humidity at 72F. Careful not to over fill it though because the beads expand and force the case open and they go everywhere. I learned from experience. Over I would definitely buy this again

i purchase this humi-care product for my humidor about twice a year. works great. i add distilled water every other month. cigars stay nice and moist. keep up the good work humi-care.

They break open they don't stay sealed that's two of them now that I've had. you try picking up a thousand little bubbles all over your kitchen floor.

Working great, keeping my humidor in the 70-75% range with no effort on my part. Love this and glad I replaced the old humidifier with this new improved one!!!

Product works ok but the screen that holds the crystals inside wasn't fitted properly, thus allowing some of the crystals to escape.

Finally decided to get a real humidification device for my humidor. Added distilled water to activate the crystals and installed in the box. Has been holding humidity levels steady at 70-72%. Two thumbs up!

It works great. I use them in all my humidors. I usually replace them one at a time every 2 years.

Works better than the ones with the green sponge ones that come with most humidors. I have the crystal gel products in all my other humidors as well. Product arrived quickly.

Not sure if it is this humidifier or the cigars I bought. Cigars burn through the middle only. See review for romeo and juliet.

The service was great and the products were very good

Purchased 4 units. Opened them up before activating due to reviews. Each unit had different amounts of pellets. One unit had at least twice as many pellets as the others. Had enough extra pellets to make an old foam (same size as Humi-Care 10) filled unit into a generic unit. All 5 units keeping my humidors between 70-75 humidity.

I have only used Humi-care products in my humidors. The stuff you usually recieve with your humidor when purchased doesn't work well enough to hold the humidity steady for any length of time. Humi-care is the best on the market in my opinion.

It exploded and the inside balls went all over the counter and floor.

It keeps stedy numbers 70-73 and last's for a month and more to date. Something to watch though is that the little gel beads hold so mush dis water that it expanded so much it split the seems of the cover. So before you charge it put a rubber band around each end. Even with having to do this it is well worth the long lasting product.
