I have done business with Thompson Cigar for many years and have never been disappointed. I don't smoke cigars as often as I used to (good thing they last for years if properly stored in the humidor) but thoroughly enjoy them when I do and always get mine from Thompson. I order them as gifts for friends and family also. Never been unhappy.

Awesome coffee sticks. Goes perfect with coffee, hot chocolate, & chocolate milk. Taste was great.

Nice taste and aroma, but loosely packed, would not stay lit and burnt unevenly. 3 of the four I smoked were the same. I was hoping they got better. I have one left. Don’t think I’ll be buying them again…😔

If you like a flavored wrapper, this one is a great one. Nice burn, mellow flavor and good smoke. I use a “V” notch cutter and the draw is great.

This is the 3rd purchase of Isla del sol’s I’ve made from Thompson. All were great except this last one. The cigars were very poorly rolled with very little filling, giving them a very limp feel. I think because if this it caused the cigars to prematurely mold which greatly affected the flavor. The cigars are usually great, however I think this was a bad batch.

I like the smooth flavor of these. It wasn't overpowering. I usually smoke these so I wasn't really that surprised that the aroma is very subtle.

Excellent flavor, but each of the five cigars I smoked were loosely constructed and burned poorly after the three or four drawls, I really enjoyed the flavor, but where is the enjoyment having to work throughout the entire smoke, for the cost, this is a poor cigar, too bad, begins with great flavor.

Co-worker gave me one to try a couple of months ago and let me tell you the cigar has been on my mind since the last puff. I decided to take advantage of a box purchase and use an expiring coupon ($15 off) which made these a steal of a deal. These will definitely be in my humidor on an on-going basis!

I really like this mild to medium cigar. I find it to be very constistant from one cigar to the next. I like to smoke this cigar in the morning wit a cup of coffee. Nice slightly sweet taste when you first light. Doesn't get harsh or hot throughout the light. For the price, it one of my favorite Drew Estate smoke.

the Isla Del Sol Churchill Sumatra Coffee was to sweet for my taste, I was expecting a dark black coffee flavor but got cream and sugar will not purchase again but will continue buying from Thompson great prices

One of the best cigars I've smoked in a long long time. Right up there with Tabak in taste and construction but at half the price! The delicious tip stayed flavorful all the way through and I could still taste it the next day while chewing on the nub. An even burn with an excellent white ash surprised me for the price I paid. They are rolled perfectly, not too tight and not too loose. The taste is very consistant all the way down to the last inch. The aroma is so nice my husband even lets me smoke them in the house! The only draw back is having to put it out when your done.

I enjoy flavored or aromatic cigars, mild to medium bodied. I have smoked the Java Cigar which I believe is under the Rocky Patell Label. The Isla Del Sol is just as good and less expensive.
