when ordering my cigars i and i state me..i forgot to indicate that with my order i wanted the additional free 5 pack of la gloria cubana cigars was a reason to purchase..i did not realize my error until i opened my shipment..i sent to customer service a message just asking if i could qualify for the free cigars..always stating it was my error..i never heard back..i feel if an offer for the free cigars is there it should automatically be sent..just my thoughts..again it was my error..but come on..allan c.novak

I guess I thought al La Glorias would be superior, but I am disappointed with this Estelli. Doesn't raise to the Cubano Serie R, which is a favorite. A bit uneven quality: some had a difficult draw and would go out quickly in the ashtray. Overall, it's okay.
