The complex flavors of La Palina Black Label Toro Brazilian (6" x 50) come from a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers that are topped with a beautiful, dark Brazilian wrapper. Bill Paley brought the La Palina brand back to life - a brand his grandfather started decades ago. And we're glad he did.

Red, Bronze & Black label. This is the strongest of the lineup but don't be afraid as it just opens up your pallet to nuances of espresso, charred wood and delicate cedar on the retrohale. Construction is always superb. The flavors are transitions are always consistent. I've easily smoked 2 boxes worth and when I do some group purchases with my friends at work I always throw a round of these in a 5 pack and the responses always come around to that one stick with the girl on the label was really good. From guys who may not have purchased a "dark" cigar before because they thought it would be stinky and too powerful. The opening start and few puffs in are a blast of pepper and strength but it subsides into some really great flavors and makes it worth the effort to stay on board for the rest of the smoking ritual. Do not rush this cigar. Give it some time to burn and you will be surprised by the smoothness and flavors of the black label.

I prefer the 6 x 60 Black Label, but you can hardly find them anymore. Nonetheless, this is an excellent stick regardless of the size. Full flavor and smooth.

My last 2 orders of this cigar has become a nightmare. Construction issue of tunneling etc. has affected at least 40% of my recent orders. Anyone else experiencing this?

These are about as strong as a cigar I've ever had. Great flavor shifts and just very pleasant. Would get them over and over. Get a little something in your stomach before you smoke. Powerful.

I know everyone has different tastes but this is hands down the best cigar I have smoked and I have tried many very expensive cigars... this hits all notes for me....

I believe that this LaPalina has become one of my staple cigars. It is a great smoke that doesn't break the bank and offers rich creamy flavor and a good volume of smoke. Put this one on your list.

For the price of 5 pack fever, these are great! Bit chocolatey and fermenty. I have added 20 + more of these. Good cigars at Steal of a price.
