cracked wrappers. How old are they? Not kepted in humid environment??

The Punch Pita is outstanding, I am a little disappointed in the Gurkha Titan Maduro, several have holes in the middle and do not burn properly.

Love these excellent cigars. Mac is one of the very first cigars I smoked, and I have liked them ever since. Because it is a premium smoke, and pricey, I can't afford them on a regular basis, but I enjoy having one on special occasions. I like the fact that Thompson's offers these in very affordable 5-packs. The draw is easy and the wrapper is firm enough so the cigar doesn't get mushy. This size is designed as a leisurely smoke that doesn't take a long time. It's also mild to medium with a pleasant aroma.

Not as good as the Zino batch or my favorite smoke - Oliva. First Mac fresh out of this shipment burned unevenly and had to be relighted a few times. Aroma gets the highest nod.

Macanudos used to be "The Cigar" to-go-to back in the day. This is a wimpy, soggy, lifeless, waste of tobacco. Save your money.

The cigars are fine. The problem is your sales process. I want to be able to by good, mild cigars in sets of 5. More and more I am being forced to by 25 at a time. You are loosing sales. If I don’t see what I want, I go to the local cigar store. Offer more quality cigars in the 5 pack.

Some of the cigars were good others were bad,some were rolled exteremly tight ,as you could not get a draw.and some were rolled with stems (LONG) and loose ,terrible burn,and some were great.About a third of each. Not good odds.

The Macanudo gold label went perfectly with a glass of scotch and a chair outside. The nicotine wasn't to strong. The construction of it burned well an had a nice ash. An my order came fairly quick. Will buy again.
