Nick Perdomo planted, fermented, and aged every pound of tobacco that went into Lot 23. It’s truly his most successful creation to date. Of course, he’s already afoot trying to out-do himself – and knowing Nick, he’ll likely pull it off. But for now, Lot 23 is his crowning achievement. The key to this medium to full-bodied smoke is Nick’s fantastic blend of Cuban-seed Corojo and Criollo ‘98 fillers. These are put together with Nick’s six year old Criollo binder, and it’s all wrapped up inside five year old Connecticut USA wrapper. The result is awesome.

Poorly constructed with uneven burns and holes. Wrapper, filler and leaf all good.

The Perdomo Lot 23 is my daily cigar of choice. The flavor is remarkable, easily drawn and costs far less than any other stick I've tasted in the same league. My only con is that I always by them by the box, and not every cigar is constructed as well as the next. I can smoke 5 perfect cigars, then hit one where the Connecticut wrapper has fine tears in it, straight out of the wrapper. However, considering the cost of a single Lot 23 at my local shop, I will continue to smoke these daily. I would place them well under the 10 year anniversary champagne, but still an awesome cigar for the price. I do recommend them!
