Rocky 1990s are a staple in my humidor. They are outstanding medium sticks that never disappoint. They have this sort of peat moss and woodsy flavor that is so unique and good, and they put off a great amount of smoke and last a long time, about 90 minutes to 2 hours for the toro size. The only thing that holds me back from giving this a 5 star is that the burn is never perfect. It's not bad at all and rarely requires touch ups, but most of them I have had have canoed a little. But this is definitely a "buy a box" cigar.

Smooth cigar

This -- the 1990 Vintage RP is my everyday smoke! Its great to relax and not too overpowering. The 5 pack fever brings it well into the affordable range too!

This is my favorite cigar (although I like a lot of different cigars). This one is my "go to" smoke. Love the Maduro taste, great construction, burn and good flavor all the way through the stick. Although I like other RPs too (Sun Grown Maduro Special Reserve and the Decade are other excellent sticks), I just love the taste (like a CAO Flathead "light"--good taste but not as strong as the Flatheads).

I like to smoke a variety of cigars. This is a favorite.

Best I can describe this is like a Flathead light. Great, full flavor, but not as strong. Wonderful cigar.

This is by far one of my favorite cigars. They are well made and full of flavor. You can't go wrong with this CIGAR!!!

Great smoke, never been disappointed with these

One of the beat cigars I've smoked

Sweet leather and Coco are the most dominant flavors that I could taste all the way through. The only real transition that I could discover was it did become slightly peppery on the draw but little on the finish on the final third. The burn was slightly wavy not razor sharp but not bad. This was part of a Rocky Patel sampler and I will certainly be buying a box.

ordered the toro by mistake instead of churchill. prefer the draw on the box pressed 1990 churchill which is my favorite cigar.
