Can I get my money back or trade

So - so on the construction. Several cigars need prompting to allow better draw. Not a bad every day cigar.

I like this product. Good draw, stays lit, moderate / mild taste, relatively inexpensive. Will continue to re-order when once again - in stock.

When I want a cigar I grab this one. For special occasions or if I've had a REALLY lousy day I'll typically grab something else, only because if I want to wind down I don't want to fight the tool I use to unwind..namely the cigar. This is a good cigar with good flavor and draw. The downside of this cigar is about every 3rd of 4th one you get one wrapped to tight, a hole in the wrapper (smoke pouring out the sides) etc.. But again, if you can tolerate the occasional frustration this is a good daily smoke.

Draw can be corrected by drilling a small deep hole in this cigar. Good flavor. Some minor construction issues. Sales associates are always helpfull and congenial. I've experienced some issues when attempting to order on-line, I've called my last several orders in on the 800-number.

Opened the box, took one out, lit it up....no draw...nothing...cigar was broken. Well ok, maybe just bad luck...got another...draw was horrible...no smoke to speak of, NO TASTE AT ALL, I am very disappointed with this $65.00 box of cigars. I cannot give these to friends nor will I smoke them myself...wow...It is back to brand name for this guy. Live and learn. wow.
