Ok - but didn’t know the size from the web site.

Some of these are pretty tight and hard to smoke. After they were in my humidor a few days they burned evenly, but still a hard draw on some of them. These are good backup cigars, or good to give your buddy who wants to be cool but ends up wasting one of your nicer smokes.

On less expensive cigar assortments rolling is always inconsistent. I found this assortment to be (on average) very well to excellent rolling.

I didn't like the flavor and taste of those cigars so I wouldn't buy them again.

Good selection for the price. A cigar for every occasion and time frame. Quality of panatelas and churchills superior. Blunts tended to be so tightly rolled that you couldn't get a decent draw. But, on the whole, a very nice selection.

You only get what you pay for

Would not stay lit. Ash burn was black. Tasted like chemicals. STAY away!!

Terrible does not even come close, these cigars were just completely un-smokable. Terrible quality, all sizes were extremely hard, too compact, horrible filler, maybe I smoked five out of the entire box. I threw away most of them, I don’t know what to do with the second box since I actually bought a 2-fer.

They are an ok cigar. Misrepresented for the online pictures showed them as flavored and they are not. Otherwise a decent everyday smoke.

So not GOOD, such bad taste that I had to discard them. You folks are better than this.

was a whole bad bunch not fresh poor draw usually a every day cigar.

I like a good verity for daily smoke but this product does not get it. About 70% (all sizes) were BAD. Hard to light, burns irregular, firm to no draw, have to keep lighting for each draw. Flavor is good on the 30% that did burn good, but that's not good enough. This makes me wonder about any cigars with the Thompson name on it. I will not buy this product again even if it was half of the discounted price I paid. I will not recommend this product to a friend. It's a rip off. I will continue to purchase other brands thru Thompson, but NOT this one.

As a regular cigar smoker I've tried many various cigars including this sampler in the past. The previous releases were pretty good, not a favorite but nice to share with friends. This oder was terrible! Hard to light, wouldn't stay lit, uneven burn, really hard to draw, and even if got lit to keep lit many got hot then went out when quit drawing. I'll try again in the future but since I went past the 30 day return I cannot return these and they're going in the trash. Thomson did offer me a $10 gift certificate for my trouble though so not a complete loss. :->

Very difficult to keep lit...keep a lighter or matches nearby when smoking.

decided to try these out pretty decent smoke, leans more to the medium + side. The smaller diameters, have issues with staying lit, then hard to relight. (must have a problem evenly spacing short fillers) the larger diameters don't seem to have that problem. Was really impressed with the wooden box for this price range. Overall a decent smoke for around the campfire.

Bought these for a quick smoke. Good taste, not overly sweet. Cost is fair. This bundle was dry. Not sure if humidor will correct that. That's the reason for 3 Stars.

I would recommend for everyday use

Inconsistent burn and draw on many of these. Although same blend, got very different taste from different cigars. Not bad but not good either. I took these to my barber a handful at a time when I had my haircut.

Small ones where great, but the bigger the cigar the harder to smoke.

This is not a bad sampler for the price. If you smoke alot on the weekends and wanna save some money, or if you are new to cigars and want to see and taste different ring sizes and lengths you like. This is a good deal is a great way to try. The only major problem I had was wrapper issues on the bigger ringed cigars. There were a few other querks with the bigger ring sizes with uneven burning and flavor. Over all though I still enjoy these you can't bear the price. The smaller ring sizes I enjoyed alot. The larger ring sizes I enjoyed but 3 of them did fall appappart 1/2 way. Few burned uneven. still is better than what you get I'm other samplers. For the price thsee cigars have a decent earthy flavor *I do recomend the smaller ring sizes and cigarellos the most.

Slightly stale. I think I got old cigars Thompson needed to move out.

I purchased these cigars for a gift. When the receiver of the gift opened them, we tried out a couple. We were both disappointed. They did not taste fresh, hard to draw and wouldn't stay lit. He took them home with him anyway. I told him I was going to contact Thompson and ask for advice. I've ordered cigars from you before and they were good. Thanks

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. I contacted costumer service and never did get a response back. I will not be buying from Thompson Cigar in the future.

Everyday use

These cigars tend to smell and taste fine but almost half burned very unevenly. Typically, the wrapper is black and still there with the filler smoked an inch or more down. On a few a burn hole started far down the wrapper. For the price, it was tolerable but don't expect a savoring experience with a nice scotch.

I purchased for an everyday smoke. Not pleased with the inconsistent flavor and the poor flavor. Not happy at all with these cigars.

These are a fine everyday smoke, I prefer the larger ring sizes to the smaller ones. The draw can be a little firm every now and then, but that's what the draw poker is for.

Some of them were rather stale with wrappers that fell off. Too many tobacco stems in the filler. For an assortment, get a small quantity ...

I've smoked about 8 of these cigars so far and half of them burn down the center without the outside edges lighting. They don't stay lit and when they do they have a bad flavor. I've been smoking cigars for years and these are bad.

This is a good late summer/fall cigar for use until winter flavor's are needed.

I chose the sampler set so I could decide which size I would enjoy smoking the most from this brand and I must say that decision was a very difficult one to make. The entire box was filled with exceptional cigars and I enjoyed smoking each and every shape and size in the box.

These smokes are a great everyday cigar. Fresh, good draw and have a good taste.

Great everyday smoke for $1 a stick. Spicy flavor, good nose, plenty of smoke, draw varies but is never too firm. Plenty of toasted wood, dried fruit and raisin notes with a mocha and tobacco finish.

A good everyday smoke. We bought the sample box, and hey the box is great well constructed good for holding fly fishing hooks, pity you can say that about the cigars. Often they have wrapper issues other than that they do burn well and smoke evenly as a rule.

There are small imperfections in the costruction of a few but not enough to affect use or taste. The assumption of this pack is that it would be a variety of smokes. It may be a variety of sizes, but they ALL TASTE THE SAME. This is a bad thing because they are not very good. The perfect use for this kit is when you are at a poker party with alcohol influenced friends that want to smoke along with everybody else, but end up wasting the cigar.

Tompson cigar does not stock the most popular cigars. And the customers have to settle for something else

I bought these for my wife. And if you know anything about a woman and how difficult they are to please. She actually liked these and it didn't hurt my billfold.

Being an outdoor smoker, this was a great product because it provided a variety of cigar sizes I can choose depending on how much time I have, and the weather, of course.

About half of the sticks were way too dry coming out of a new box. I wanted to try comparing different sizes and shapes of the same tobacco to learn a little more about cigars. What I found was about half the wrappers were coming loose. I'm new to this and don't pretend to know a lot, but your not supposed to have to hold the cigar together to smoke it are you?

I really liked the assortment of sizes. Not much time, try a panetela ... after dinner on the deck, maybe a leisurely double corona. I really would like to see the availability of this type assortment in other cigars also.

I like this particular sampler because the flavor is consistent and it gives me cigars that can be enjoyed in different venues. It's good if you have time for a long relaxed smoke or a short, need to run, smoke.

Unsmokeable unless your cigar palate thinks White Owl or Phillies are real cigars. Once again flowery catalogue prose makes you think it is a good cigar bargain when it is peddling inferior product. I wasted my money; save yours.

I really wanted to like these. I wish I could comment on the flavor, but you can't argue from a negative. I've passed these out to others who smoke cigars (because I didn't want them) and then felt bad about doing so...I mean, these are my FRIENDS. So I gave them a proper cigar (an Acid) to make up for giving them these. If you are old enough to remember when groceries came in paper bags, or the brown bags for lunches, these are like smoking those, but with less flavor. If you are looking for a cheap alternative to Acid, these are not them. Not by a long shot. Try Thompson's Nitros - they are good and you won't feel bad about given them to your friends.

I like these cigars; their taste, aroma, and most importantly cost.

The cigar isn't too bad. The issues I've had are with cutting and having the wrapper start to come undone. Drawing is a bit hard, but only in some. They seemed a bit inconsistent. They're nice to have when you don't want to smoke your better cigars if you're just looking for an oral fix.

These have a very nice earthy taste! Very nice. We enjoyed these over the Fourth of July holiday.

These cigars have a nice flavor and are cheap to buy, but everytime I would cut or punch the ends the wrapper would begin to unwrap. Poor construction, but cheap.

I found the larger ring gauge very hard to draw and was gratful that i had others to smoke. What i d get to smoke of the smaller ring ones i really enjoyed. the rest will go unsmoked or to my son how is just starting to smoke.

This is for the cigar smoker who likes a variety of sizes or has a function where many sizes could be used. Really good value for the money.

Great cigars for the price.... Going through them there are definately some that are really good and others that are so so quality.. I would recommend these to someone because they are definately worth the money.

The first few of these I smoked, I thought the flavor was a bit bland, but I've come to like the sweet, mild flavor. Also like the variety of sizes in the box--all with the same good taste. I tried 'em cause of the the 19.95 deal of the day special; super deal for 36 smokes.

has a bad taste. not one of my fav. smokes but will do for the price. prob wouldn't buy again tho.
