Few issues here and there with filters breaking off easily but overall a great deal. Like these better then other filtered cigars

They were very smooth and rivaled that of my name brand Phillies. I may have found a new cigar. Flavor was great.

Flavor good. Substitute for Phillies doesn't equal out and price is higher. Quality is good.

Up to now I was smoking another brand, but they were a lot stronger than I really cared for so when getting ready to place another order I decided to really look at Thompson's Catalogue and see if there was another little cigar I could substitute and I found the Thompson 100's little filtered cigars and am very happy with them : ) I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth and what a good flavor they have. They burn evenly and stay lit as long as I'm actively smoking plus they don't burn fast. From now on they are my fav. Thompson product and coming in a box is an added bonus. In my humble opinion, I think that the Thompson's Research & Development Team did a great job and make a good smoke that would deserve the Thompson name : ) And last but not least, their Customer Service is very good and helpful : )

I love ordering from Thompson but I have one complaint, I had to wait (7) months for an order which I did receive but other wise I enjoy your sales and products.

I was very disappointed. These have no flavor at all, it’s like smoking air, when a product is described as full flavor that is what I expected. The only reason they earned 3 stars was the fact that they we packaged well and the price was good.

Good smoke

I enjoy the full and smooth flavor. I also enjoy the longer smoking time. Nice and relaxing.

Not so good. I prefer the Winchesters.

I have purchased this product several times in the past with absolutely no issues. This time, however, the filter tips have come off very easily and I have had to throw away approximately a full pack (20 cigars) while smoking a couple of cigar boxes (20 packs).

I am still waiting for my Remington's it is over a month now. My last order was destroyed in shipping--I called you folks and was told you would take care of it--at no cost to me. i have been a customer for a long time --and am willing to wait--but only so long. Better than Phillies.

They are Tough to draw through. The taste is decent. I removed the filter and rolled it to loosen the tobacco for the draw.👌

Box was open and delayed in shipping. Old boxes were better.

Somewhat longish delivery time. Also, shipping via USPS not a good idea in the Covid 19 context. Package too large to fit in my smallish mailbox. No delivery to the main office or Package Concierge. Hence, forced to drive some five miles to the local PO to pick up. Try UPS? It delivers directly to the apartment.

Unlike my last order, this one actually got to me (which was not the fault of Thompson).. The phone rep was extremely pleasant and helpful, immediately knew the issue, and ordered a replacement right away. all in all, excellent customer service

I am looking for a smoke that has full flavor similar to Sobranie Black Russians. (I realize this is a cigarette). I am also looking for a smoke without the offenisive speed bumps in the wrapper. I ordered several brands, including Thompsons, and none fulfilled my quest. They were all very mild. I would recommend this to someone happy with a mild smoke.
